sevBad fancy HTML editor! Do not plop down close-tags immediately after open-tags that you do not recognise. Now, say you're sorry to all these nice people who had to suffer that empty lj-cut tag before I caught it.
And: what is up with the randomly appearing borders on images?
(playing with windows live writer beta. it's sometimes fun, except it's stupid and annoying in the same way these sorts of editors are always stupid and annoying. I waste more time fixing the things they do wrong than I would composing the HTML by hand, often. Still prefer Semagic if I'm going to use a windows lj editor. It's straightforward and it stays out of my way.)
edit: though it appears to be lj's own editing interface that inserted a </lj-cut> immediately after the open tag! harrumph.
