We survived the wind with, as far as I've been able to tell, absolutely no problems.

I'd been wanting to try out Vegetarian Bistro since it opened (like, two years ago?), and tonight teamzerbert took me there. happy happy happy happy vegetarian dim sum. It's been nearly a decade since I did dim sum. I ate too much. Really liked the su mai.

Happy Hanukkah! I had fried mashed potato -- shaped cleverly to resemble little asian pears -- in honor of the holiday.

I am very attached, these days, to my massage chair cushion, a gift from my mother.

thanks for posting about the vegetarian bistro! i, too, have been wondering about that place since it opened. :-)
