welcome to my every-four-to-six-weeks reminder of what "too much yoga" feels like.

1. I've obviously not been keeping up on my glucosamine pills; my right knee is very wobbly and I'm all lopsided again. :(

2. I'm currently worse at shoulder-stands than I've been in my life. I've lost some of the strength in my upper body due to disuse, but I've still got the bulk which just gets in the way.

I'm gonna be sore. And I'm *starving*....
