so.

for those of you who haven't watched this happen in previous years, here's what happens:

Some time in mid-august, I vanish from the internet. In late august, I send out mail telling people I'm going to burning man. In early-september, I come back.

So, yes, I'm still alive, but I'm busy, and those of you who aren't going to burning man this year will see/hear from me in early september.
