(no subject)

home from short roadtrip. As predicted -- and as was the case when I worked in technology -- I shipped a big project and then within two days fell over sick.

note: I've only really skimmed my friends page for the last week or so, and it'll probably be another couple of days before I'm reading regularly again.

mmm...

...mmm...oatmeal. With two tablespoons *each* butter and brown sugar. and on the side, a three-minute egg with lots of salt.

hmph.

Last night somebody ate all the snacks I brought home other than the fig newtons, which I don't like, and the saltwater taffy, of which only the peanut and mint are left.

Leaving sick sevoo home *hungry*. how come when other people are sick, I buy food, and when I'm sick, I buy food?

sheesh.

(granted, Z bought that batch of snacks I brought home, which is why there's fig newtons, which are Z food and not sevoo food. But I had brought them home explicitly to feed *me* today.)

EDIT: ...and if I'm going to have to leave the house for food anyway, I'm taking aynjel out for soup at hopvine, so there!
