okay, here's the last batch of answers to my ask me anything post!

sambc asked "what, of *everything*, is the most important thing to you, in the whole world, physical, psychological, and emotional?"

I've been puzzling over this one for nearly two weeks now! I don't have a good answer; it's all relative for me. I can't answer "desert island" questions, or "two people are dying; who do you save first?" questions, either. I can say that I'm willing to compromise my principles for my primary relationship -- I think that's pretty damn significant.

Undoubtedly my current primary. We've been together eight years -- twice as long as my next-longest relationship, and nearly half my adult life. That alone means he's had a significant impact on me. My earliest long-term relationships -- my first girlfriend, my longest highschool boyfriend -- also changed me a lot, because we were all so much younger and impressionable and unformed. But my current primary relationship has even outpaced that, I think.

I've been assuming you're the Dieppe I met on EFnet. I sure hope I'm right! :)
