behind, behind, so very behind
Behind on livejournal: four days.
Behind on email: one day.
Behind on to-do list: I don't wanna talk about it.
Behind on laundry: not at all, because Z did *all* of it while I wasn't feeling well!
The last two days were interesting, in a fun kind of way. I baby-sat the sick three-month-old while her mom did a writing workshop in the afternoons. Monday was hard. Tuesday was easy.
There was snow, yesterday morning. It didn't stay.
I have the same problem with knitting as I do with cooking. I just can't resist the urge to fuck around with the directions. The cute hat is going reasonably nicely anyway, though every time I pick it up I'm tempted to frog it so I can try again the way the directions say to, this time. (but then it wouldn't have a ribbed brim! I like the ribbed brim! Even if that *was* the source of all the problems I'm having now...and each subsequent change I make to try to compensate causes some other issue down the line...)
Been eating like crap. Looking forward to soup-and-salad for lunch tomorrow.
